How can I book a session?

Booking is easy!  Just click on "Book Now" to book the appointment yourself.  Or email the counselor your first and last name, DOB, phone number, and email address, and she will send you a Welcome email to the Client Portal.  Once you have access to your Client Portal, then you can schedule/cancel your appointments and complete your Intake documents online.

What are your fees?

If you have insurance, then GreenpointMed, Inc. will bill them for you, and you will be charged the co-payment after each session.  You will be responsible for the balance if your insurance company does not cover the cost.


If you do not have insurance, then there is a Cash Services option ($75 for your first 60- min. session), and then $50 (for all subsequent sessions).  This can be paid via cash, check, or credit card and payments will receive a receipt.

There is a sliding-fee application for those who qualify and it is based upon income and household size.


What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?

Here is the COVID-19 Protocol for the Oak Tree Counseling & Wellness building which is where Nurturing Hope & Healing Counseling, LLC is located:

• Social distancing (specifically, staying 6 feet away from others in the waiting area).

It is best if you wait in your car until your appointment time.

 -Please limit personal items brought into the building.
 -Please do not bring extra people into the waiting area.
 -Children may NOT wait in the waiting area alone for parents to complete treatment.

• Please wash your hands immediately upon arrival or use the alcohol-based (at least 60% alcohol) hand sanitizer., when soap and water are not available.
 -Please use the sink and soap provided in the bathroom.  As well as the hand sanitizer in the waiting room.

• Wear cloth face coverings in the waiting areas.

• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

• Stay home if you are sick or showing ANY symptoms of COVID-19.
 -Telehealth options are available.

*Alcohol solution or PHQ7 is available to spray down surface areas. 

In addition, clients who come to see the counselor in-person

will need to sign the COVID-19 Informed Consent Agreement.

How many counselors are there to choose from and what type of counseling sessions are provided?

Just one counselor is available.  This is a private practice owned and operated by Mrs. Rebekah Stearns, MA, LPC, and she is the only counselor available to see at this time.

Mrs. Stearns provides only Individual Counseling sessions for adults ages 18 to 65.

How do I get all of my other questions answered?

Please feel free to email Rebekah ( or text Rebekah at (208-285-2370) and she will answer your questions as soon as possible.

Is there a secretary available to speak with?

Unfortunately, no.  At this time the business does not have a secretary/receptionist.

How do I access the Client Portal when I forgot my password?

You can request that the counselor send you another Welcome email so that you can create a new password by sending an email ( or text message (208-285-2370).
